Professional Maintenance and Asset Management of Water Storage Tanks RFP

Description: Dorchester County seeks qualified firms to provide professional maintenance and asset management services for its potable water storage tanks, including inspections, cleaning and disinfection, rehabilitation, repairs, and coating work. The contractor will coordinate with Dorchester County Water & Sewer and provide preventative maintenance, condition assessments, emergency response, and longer-term maintenance planning for the County’s water storage assets. The initial contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.
