Description: Providing professional development, direct student services, coordination and facilitation of fairs/expos and student competitions, and direct services to parent groups in the sciences and/or STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education. The goal is high quality implementation of the NYCDOE’s science and STEM instructional programs in support of preparing young people for postsecondary opportunities in science and STEM, equipped with the skills needed for 21st century careers and the demands of global competition.
