J065--Preventative Maintenance for Hydropac AWS 2500 Pouch Machine
VA Regional Procurement Office East intends to award Avidity Science, LLC a five-year sole-source contract, consisting of a base year and four option years, for preventative maintenance of the Avidity/Hydropac AWS 2500 Pouch machine at the Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center. Maintenance and timely repairs will support a continuous water supply for animals housed in the Veterinary Medical Unit, using the vendor's proprietary equipment and parts. This is an active pre-solicitation notice of intent, not a grant or competitive solicitation, and interested parties may contact the contracting officer regarding the procurement.
