Prevailing Wage Registration and Certified Payroll Hub (RFP)

A. Efficiently and proportionately review documentation submitted with drawdown request packages to ascertain whether the requests are in compliance with federal and state prevailing wage requirements. B. Receive and investigate complaints and provide recommendations based on rules. C. Interview workers and contractors. D. Efficiently and proportionately review certified payrolls and other documents for the purpose of monitoring and enforcing compliance with federal and state prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. E. Conduct site investigations and field work, or “fact find”, and review such facts against State requirements to make determinations of violations. F. Document violations. G. Support the Department to provide any documentation or information needed during appeal hearings.
