Presolicitation Notice: Repair of the F-15 Digital Mapping System (DMS) Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP)

Description: The Air Force anticipates a five-year, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery contract to test and repair F-15 Advanced Display Core Processors and Digital Map Processors. Work includes parts and labor, obsolete-parts resolution, engineering support for deficiency reports and material improvement projects, and sanitization of classified data from repairable units. The Government intends to use other-than-full-and-open competition because Honeywell International is the only known source possessing the required technical data and repair capabilities.
