The scope of the phase 2 project is as follows: remodel the east half of the building, including adding additional restrooms, training rooms, exits, and other support spaces, including all architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work required. Provide and install windows on the south side of the building. Provide finishes to the east half of the building. Remodel select areas of the west half of the building as indicated on the drawings. Repair the exterior façade and paint. Add parking lot on the west side of the site and update stormwater access. Add the parking along the road between the balloon tracks. Add/modify sidewalks and paved areas around the existing building. Update parking in front of the building for accessibility. Extend and expand the existing HVAC system including ductwork and adding an additional mechanical unit. Extend power, data, and life safety systems into the remodeled areas of the building. Contaminated soil removal in the area of the parking lot as defined in the attached limited phase II drilling investigation.
