The project involves the rejuvenation and consolidation of two existing stormwater ponds, including excavation, cleaning, regrading, landscaping, and fencing work to improve stormwater management, site safety, and aesthetics. The work shall include the following tasks: 1. Removal of existing berm. - Remove the existing berm-style wall separating the two stormwater ponds to allow consolidation into a single, larger pond. Work includes Install silt fence and construction entrance.Provide survey layout and as-builts. Provide dewatering as necessary. Excavate and haul off approximately 3,234 cy of in situ soils and grade the pond expansion as shown on the plans. Install approximately 442 lf of 5 chain link fencing. Provide restoration of damaged sod or paving.
