Purchase of one (1) new vehicle for the Eldon Police Department. This vehicle will replace a 2025 Ford Explorer patrol vehicle. Quotes are not restricted to a specific make or model; however, all proposed vehicles must be equivalent in size, performance, durability, and suitability for law-enforcement operations. Minimum Vehicle Requirements: Proposed vehicles must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications: • Police-rated or pursuit-rated vehicle • Comparable in size and capability to a Ford Explorer police package • Four-door configuration • All-Wheel Drive (AWD) • Gasoline or hybrid powertrain (full electric vehicles will not be considered) • New, used, demo, or previously titled vehicles will be considered. • Capable of full police upfitting (lighting, cage, radio, computer, weapons, equipment mounts, etc.). Quote Submission Requirements Each quote shall include: • Vehicle make, model, and model year • Detailed vehicle specifications and standard equipment • Police package or pursuit package details (if applicable) • Total purchase price, including any government or fleet pricing • Estimated delivery timeframe • Warranty information • Identification of any additional fees or costs.
