111E3021 Pole Mounted Transformers (Material Only)
Notice is hereby given that the Water Valley Utilities Commission, City of Water Valley, Mississippi, will receive sealed proposals for POLE MOUNTED TRANSFORMERS (MATERIAL ONLY) until 2:00 P.M. on December 03, 2026, at City Hall, 101 Blackmur Drive, Water Valley, Mississippi 38965, at which time and place they will be opened publicly, read aloud and taken under advisement at the next meeting of the Water Valley Utilities Commission. Electronic bids may be submitted through the Atwell & Gent projects website. Electronic bids are not required by the Water Valley Utilities Commission but are offered as another means to submit a bid. Plans, specifications, and bidding documents may be examined at the office of the Commission at the address stated above or are available via digital copy. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents through the planroom website. Bid documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the planroom. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Questions regarding website registration, online orders or electronic bidding should be directed to Plan House at (662) 407-0193. The Water Valley Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Specifications. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The Water Valley Utilities Commission reserves the right, within the limitations of state law, to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Proposals received, or to accept any Proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Commission. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the Request for Proposals for POLE MOUNTED TRANSFORMERS (MATERIAL ONLY). This 20th Day of October 2026.
