PN0090-2523 HVAC Upgrades Luck Flanders Gambrell Bldg (J-1) (ITB)

Provide cleaner air to the building by adding bi-polar ionization and better filtration. Work shall include but not be limited to replacing the existing air handler AH-J1. Remove and replace existing air handler and accessories as outlined in the construction documents and modify ductwork and piping as required for connection to new equipment. Including but not limited to replacing chilled water control valve and outside air damper. The contractor shall replace the end suction pump associated with building and accessories as outlined in the construction documents and modify piping as required for connection to new pump. The contractor shall re-insulate all ductwork in the mechanical room associated with the replaced AHUs, including supply air, return air, outside air, and mixed air ducts as applicable. All VAV boxes shall be replaced and new thermostats provided and installed as noted on plans. All ductwork shall be cleaned. Add ductless spit system to electrical room.
