The scope of work includes: dewatering, removing and disposing the accumulated sludge, and cleaning all four cells of the aeration basin; complete replacement of all air distribution system in all four cells of the aeration basin. Once initial cleaning is complete, all remaining metal piping, fittings, and valves from the blowers to the new joints on the drop pipes in the aeration basin will be blast-cleaned and repainted. Due to the current inaccessibility of the filled cells, additional repairs to pedestals, tank walls, and floors may be required. See attached file.
