Pine Falls Section 1 Clearing, Grubbing, Mass Grading and Detention

Description: Provide clearing, grubbing, mass grading, and detention improvements to serve pine falls section 1, a single-family residential subdivision. Perform clearing and grubbing according to the plans and accounting for tree preservation as shown on plans; perform mass grading and earthwork operations as shown on the plans; excavate, shape, and construct detention basins and associated drainage features; install required detention pond outfall structures, inlets, and appurtenances; stabilize slopes and disturbed areas per specifications; and clean up and restore the project area upon completion.
