Replace stove vent and duct system. Replace all water plumbing. Remove large tub at one location. Replace utility room subflooring with 3/4" plywood. Install one more layer of cinder block around modular home and replace vent panels. Contractor is to dispose of debris at approved EPA disposal location. KHC to run 220-volt power to AC condenser.
