The exterior scope of the project includes removing existing damage sealant around the bottom of the window and replacing with new sealant and backer rod. These repairs include replacement of joint sealant, concrete spall repair, epoxy injection of cracks, sealing cracks, application of penetrating sealer, and spot painting of structural steel. Rainbow lagoon curb repairs: The work to be done consists primarily of repairs covered under the rehabilitation rainbow lagoon curb repairs drawings, b-4841. These drawings include the reconstruction of the concrete coping, surface spall repairs along the walkway, cracks repairs along the walk, installation of joint sealant along the walkway and application of penetrating sealer along the full limits of the walkway. Repairs do not include any work related to electrical or skimmer and pump equipment/appurtenances.
