Performance of Expert Professional Clean Construction (Small Business Enterprise) (RFP)

Description: Seeking high-quality and cost effective planning, architectural and engineering design, and construction management services in support of the agency's capital and operating programs. Work includes providing training and support including, developing and presenting required materials for internal training as well as third party stakeholder information sessions including powerpoint presentations, messaging, brochures, fact sheets, question and answer (Q&A) documents, large size plans, sketches, images, etc. Preparing, implementing, and updating a stakeholder outreach plan as necessary to train the local contracting associations on the changes to bidding requirement(s) and modification of technical specifications.
