Pennsylvania Alternate System of Assessment 2027

Description: The Pennsylvania Department of Education is soliciting proposals to develop and deliver alternate assessments in English/Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science for students with the most significant cognitive disabilities. The contract term is five years and the selected vendor must provide assessment development, implementation, technical support, training, and timely data/reporting to the state. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the JAGGAER portal and the solicitation deadline is September 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM (see buyer site for submission instructions).
