Summary
The City of Denton, Texas is soliciting bids through Sundt Construction (Construction Manager-at-Risk) for GMP-3 of the Pecan Creek Water Reclamation Plant Headworks and Expansion Project. The scope includes expansion/replacement of the existing Pecan Creek WRP by constructing a new headworks and lift station, equalization and peak storage ponds, BNR/MBR basins, a blower building, thickening/dewatering building, digesters, a heat exchanger building, UV disinfection structure, control operations building, backup diesel generators with associated medium voltage building, sewer interceptors, removal of stockpiled overs materials, buried utilities, modifications to the existing chemical building, and other miscellaneous site improvements.
