Paving Improvements for The Highlands Section 18

Work includes 28,400 CY of roadway & lot excavation, 2,200 CY of proof rolling, interim drainage (includes cutting swales to provide positive drainage); onsite hauling, and uniformly spreading, shaping, grading, and compacting spoil material, 26,200 CY of spread and compact excess excavation spoils, 63 EA of lot grading, including lot preparation, grading and compaction, 11,952 SY of 8" compacted subgrade, 10,557 SY of 6" reinforced concrete pavement, 4,533 LF of 4" by 12" reinforced concrete curb, 1,709 LF of 6" reinforced concrete curb, 234 LF of 6" PVC conduits, placed under the pavement for future irrigation, including bedding, bends, risers, and plugs, 4 EA of concrete wheel chair ramp meeting ADA.
