The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) E Department is seeking vendor suggestions on converting a draft SOW for Cyber Support Services into a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract structure. The feedback is intended to inform the Government’s acquisition strategy and support compliance with Executive Order 14402. The Contractor shall provide non-personal financial and administrative support services to support NHRC in performing administrative, budgetary, organizational, operational surveys and studies, analyzing matters related to the mission of NHRC, and recommending administrative actions to solve problems. The Contractor shall have a strong understanding of the financial structure and systems of the Bureau of Medicine (BUMED) enterprise. The Contractor shall review and make recommendations in support of the NHRC mission.
