Parking Lot RS-12 Resurfacing and Safety Improvements RFP

Description: The project upgrades Parking Lot RS-12 from a mix of gravel and asphalt to full asphalt pavement and redesigns parking spaces to add capacity. The plans include security bollards at each entrance, ECU blue-light emergency fixtures, and emergency telephones. A public meeting notice identifies preferred-brand alternates for the irrigation system, light fixtures, Ethernet cabling, and fiber-optic cabling.
