Seeking a qualified general contractor service to upfit an existing 30,874 sf building shell (1st floor: 23,420 SQ. FT, 2nd floor: 9,137 SQ. FT, Scope includes, but is not limited to full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection upgrades, as well as upgrades to the existing parking areas, including a new building-length entry canopy, new storefront windows, new overhead coiling doors, and other work. The City of Fort Lauderdale issued an Invitation for Bids for Sunrise Middle School Park Improvements Phase II to provide construction services for park improvements at 1750 NE 14th Street, Fort Lauderdale, including a new pavilion, artificial turf field, site electrical, concrete curbing and foundations, drainage improvements, tree protection fencing, and erosion control. The project includes 55 drawing sheets and requires a Florida Certified General Contractor or Florida Certified Building Contractor (or equivalent allowable license). Bidding opened with a posting on 2026-01-07 and the response deadline is 2026-02-11.

The City of Brownwood is soliciting competitive sealed bids for Phase II improvements at Riverside Park, including concrete sidewalks, solar lighting, landscaping, miscellaneous site amenities, and overlook pavilions with a water feature. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2026 at Riverside Park’s existing Main Pavilion. Bids are due January 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST at Brownwood City Hall.
