Demolition: Contractor is to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and to complete demolition as identified in the contract drawings. General: All wall partitions, doors, CMU walls, drywall, bathroom partitions, ceiling-hung perimeter heat, and acoustic ceiling tiles with track will be removed in accordance with the approved design drawings. Prior to the removal of wall partitions, VA will disconnect and secure all existing electrical components within the partitions to ensure safety during the demolition process. During ceiling removal, all ceiling fixtures will remain in their current locations. Lighting fixtures will require two points of connection that are not on the ceiling grid. See attached file.
