Oxford Town Hall and Library Window Designer Services (Request for Qualifications)

Prepare an designer services for window replacement. Existing building elevations and floor plan drawings will be provided for review and reference. The original drawings are detailed and may serve as a resource for spaces and building composition. Complete site visit to confirm existing conditions. Photograph the many varied window sized openings and measure each window and overall area for complete detailed window inventory. Consideration of maintenance free design in heated or ventilated spaces may be necessary. Provide two or three window types that would architecturally be acceptable to the original architectural character of the buildings. See outside link.
