Seeking services as needed for the ecmc's orphaned well program (owp) to assist with the identification and decommissioning of orphaned wells which will include but are not limited to: collecting methane emission samples; plugging wells; cutting and capping wellheads; decommissioning abandoned production equipment; removal/abandonment of flowlines; shutting in wells and temporarily decommissioning equipment; monitoring and sampling; technically enhanced naturally occurring radioactive material (tenorm) testing; liquid and solid waste management; stormwater controls, backfilling, regrading, and recontouring; seedbed preparation and planting; weed control; installing fencing; soil analysis; and other on-call services that may be seen as a natural extension of of this program.
