Description: The City of Fairhope is seeking bids for the Orbal Aeration Equipment Installation project, Bid No. 27-001-2026-SEW-003, at the Fairhope Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes partially draining and cleaning an existing Orbal Aeration Basin, installing 1,080 owner-provided 9-inch disc diffusers and associated piping, and installing a positive-displacement blower with a variable-frequency drive, along with yard piping, electrical work, a canopy and foundation, asphalt patching, and site restoration. A voluntary pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2026, and bids are due November 17, 2026.
