Summary
Requires the Contractor to provide licenses, configuration, implementation, and ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) support for HUD’s Enterprise Talent Management System (ETMS). The solution must support workforce planning, competency tracking, employee and leadership development, and data-driven decision-making. Contractor services shall include: Project Management; Enterprise Licensing Subscription and Support; Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services; Help Desk Support; ETMS Documentation
Training Support Services; Development, Modernization, and Enhancements (DME) (Optional Task); Transition Services (Optional Tasks). See attached file.
