On-call Contracting Services (Various Trades). Preventive maintenance and minor repair of City-owned buildings and other facilities to ensure they are safe and operational for the public. To maintain its facility assets, the Public Works department desires to retain multiple contracting firms that can provide general contracting or specialty services to City buildings and other facilities on an as-needed basis to enable the City to meet current and future construction and maintenance needs.
