Description: The Spinning Drop Video Tensiometer should be able to measure interfacial tensions and rheological properties of system with surfactants. The supplier shall deliver a fully assembled, factory-tested system with all hardware, software, consumables, and documentation required to perform the functions and meet the performance criteria specified herein. Measurements: Spinning Drop Interfacial Tension Range (IFT): 1x10 -6 to 2x10 3 ±1x10 -8 mN/m. Should be able to measure static and time dependent IFT; Should be able to perform two- and three-dimensional extensional relaxation, by varying the RPM, of viscoelastic liquids and liquid droplets encapsulated or enclosed in membranes.
