Obtain Clinical Cohort of Patients with Associated Clinical Outcomes, Radiologic Images, and Associated De-Identified Radiology Reports

Description: The National Institutes of Health intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Thomas Jefferson University for clinical cohorts, radiologic images, clinical outcomes data, and de-identified radiology reports. The data will support artificial-intelligence research evaluating liver cancer risk in patients with cirrhosis and indeterminate liver lesions, including the development and validation of predictive models. This is a non-grant, sole-source combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 6.302-1, with responses due by September 25, 2026, unless another capable vendor is identified.
