Notification of Availability of Software Framework, Warped Alloy, for Software Defined Radio (SDR) Signal Chain

Description: The U.S. Department of the Army, through Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (W6QK ACC-APG), issued this Special Notice announcing the availability of 'Warped Alloy,' a cutting-edge software framework for Software Defined Radio (SDR) signal chains. The framework enables SDRs to dynamically adjust their capabilities in real time based on the sensed RF environment, with key features including FPGA-based reconfigurable RF signal processing modules, Physical Layer (PHY) and Media Access Control (MAC) functionality, a top-level HDL framework, a C-based API, and a Transport Interface. The government is releasing the software to industry partners to foster collaboration and innovation in RF operations; interested parties must complete the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment 1) and have a Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) account to access the Warped Alloy software repository.
