The U.S. Air Force (USAF) is conducting market research to identify sources for a Nitrogen Generation system capable of providing at least 400 scfh of nitrogen at 99.5% purity for multiple laboratories. The system must be membrane-type, meet dimensional and weight limits, include flow/purity controls, pressure gauges, and an oxygen analyzer; documentation such as system design, operation manual, and certification documentation must be provided. Installation and training are not required, and delivery is to AFIT/ENY at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

System should include but not limited to: Air Compressor, Filtration and Moisture/Oil Separator System, Nitrogen Generator, and Booster Pump. Maximum Footprint: 140” x 60” (length x width). System should pull from ambient air via air compressor and convert to Nitrogen. Nitrogen per A-A-59503- Type 1, Grade B, Class 1. All components of the system shall come pre-connected to one another with Stainless Steel Piping. See attached file.
