The assessment covers reactor technologies and configurations, preliminary siting, campus infrastructure integration, regulatory and licensing pathways, safety, fuel and waste management, and technical risks. The two-phase assignment includes completing the technical assessment and integrating inputs from other work packages into a comprehensive Class D cost estimate and high-level project schedule.
