The parent support program is designed to provide families with guidance and peer-based coaching to strengthen their ability to support young people connected to the juvenile justice system. Parent coaches, available in all five boroughs, help families navigate probation conditions, access services, and develop skills to advocate for their children. The parent support program recognizes parents and caregivers as critical partners in youth success. Families are are assisted in navigating through complex systems including probation, courts, schools, mental health services, and child-welfare agencies.

The objective of the New York State Farm-to-School Competitive Grants Program is to increase school’s purchase of New York farm products by building relationships between schools and New York farm product suppliers. Secondary goals of the program include increasing agricultural education opportunities for students, improving nutrition and exposing students to new, local, culinary experiences. Contract with mentors for the Interpreter Mentoring Program (IMP). The IMP aims to develop and support interpreters by providing structured mentoring to promote national certification and ensure high-quality interpreting services statewide. The program serves state residents and those within 50 mi. of its border who are registered or intend to register with the state. Mentors must meet specific qualifications, submit required documentation, complete continuing education, and attend annual trainings and biannual meetings. The initial term of this contract shall be for five (5) years, with the option for an additional five (5) year extension upon mutual agreement of both parties. See attached file.
