Description: Allcase® Batch Integral Quench Furnace (Model 36-72-36): Workload Envelope: 36 ″ Wide × 72 ″ Long × 36 ″ High. Gross Load Capacity: 7,000 lbs at 1600 ∘ F. Operating Temperature: 1400 ∘ F to 1800 ∘ F. Refractory & Casing: Box-type welded steel plate casing with structural reinforcement, sight glass, and shim stock port. 13 1/2" total insulation including insulating firebrick with insulating backup block. Atmosphere & Agitation: Two (2) roof-mounted air-cooled recirculation fans. Endothermic (RX ® ) atmosphere system with electronic flowmeters, automatic low-flow gas saver, and automatic nitrogen (N 2 ) emergency purge. See attached file.
