Provide 1st floor restroom renovation and break room renovations. Scope of work includes the partial demolition of restrooms and break room and a reconfiguration of floor plan at first floor. Two multi-stall restrooms will be reconfigured, brought to Americans with disabilities act (ADA) code, and upgraded with new finish materials and fixtures. Break room doors, casework, and flooring will be upgraded. Single fixture restrooms will be upgraded. A quiet room will be added. The heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) will be modified to serve the new floor plan. Electric and plumbing will be modified as required.
