Provide an optional Managed Services solution for the AMI HES system application and services. This offer would include the prescribed monitoring, delivery and management of meter readings, customer usage data, data analytics, data storage as well as endpoint monitoring (including specific alerts or alarms).

City of Miami

Provide software, and/or professional services for the comprehensive advanced metering infrastructure (ami) project: equipment, software, and services capable of delivering billing and interval reads from customer meters, including: network infrastructure; electric meters; water ami endpoints; a headend system necessary to attain functionality and monitor network health; and integration services to tie the ami headend to other business-critical systemsl water meters and retrofit registers (if applicable). ; meter data management system (mdms).
