Kure Beach Training Center Building 142 DFAC Generator
The State of North Carolina, through its State Construction Office, is seeking a single-prime contractor to install a stand-alone emergency generator with a minimum 72-hour runtime for Building 142 DFAC at the Kure Beach Training Center. The work includes constructing a concrete pad and mechanical CMU screen wall and gate, and installing the generator, an automatic transfer switch, wiring, and associated mechanical and electrical components. Bids are to be submitted as lump-sum sealed proposals by November 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.; an optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
