NCEM SERT Exercise Services

Description: The North Carolina Emergency Management Exercise Branch seeks contractor(s) to design, develop, conduct, and evaluate all-hazards discussion-based and operations-based exercises using the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). The work requires technical and operational expertise for all-hazards response and recovery and a methodology to assess the 32 core capabilities across all five mission areas of the National Preparedness Goal. The contractor(s) must review current local, regional, private, tribal, and state plans and use them to develop relevant HSEEP-consistent exercise scenarios and planning documents for effective evaluation.
