This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the NASPO publication of a national Request for Information (RFI) for Parks and Recreation Equipment and Installation. This RFI was issued by the State of Oregon (Lead State) in collaboration with NASPO ValuePoint. The RFI was released on October 9, 2026, and all supplier responses must be submitted by 4:00 PM PT on October 29, 2026. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain industry feedback regarding Parks and Recreation Equipment and Installation to aid in the development of future competitive solicitations. The RFI is available on the NASPO ValuePoint Solicitations website as well as Oregon's website at oregonbuys.gov/bso. Click on the bid solicitation document and it will bring you to the bid. The RFI document is under Attachments. To respond in OregonBuys, you must be a supplier in the OregonBuys System. If you are not, I highly recommend you sign up as one. This will be the way your company would get notice of the RFP at a later date and at that time you must be a registered supplier to respond.
