Seeking qualified vendors to operate and manage a shared-use commercial kitchen facility. Operation and maintenance of the kitchen facility: creating sops for each aspect of the operation, this includes keeping the kitchen clean and sanitary, maintaining all equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Building the success of the individual food company through programs created designed to lower the financial barriers to serve the well-meaning, but not necessarily well skilled or funded individual to become successful entrepreneurs. Developing or purchasing existing systems to consistently keep up with each potential client to increase revenue so the shared-use commercial kitchen can serve the most clients and maximize working capital.
