Description: The CDC's National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention is soliciting applications for a cooperative agreement to support national viral hepatitis education, awareness, and capacity building for communities and providers. The funding will support two recipients to increase hepatitis B and C education, testing, and treatment awareness among high-risk communities and healthcare providers, with Part A focusing on communities and Part B on providers. The total funding available is approximately $5,500,000 with individual awards of up to $275,000 per year for a 5-year project period.
