Work includes conversion of a 72-bed staff secure re-entry building (currently used only for probation administration) to a health and human services facility that includes a mental health resource center, sobering, detox, and other residential programs. The current project consists of a main building (v-a construction) and four dormitories (v-b construction); three dormitories will receive minimal renovations to accommodate new bed configurations for residential housing- specifically modifying power, lighting and light switching at each bed. Two will be used for males and one for females; one dormitory will be divided into male and female sides to be used for detox. A new restroom with showers will be added as well as a staff station. The sleeping areas will also be modified for power, lighting and light switching at each bed. See attached file.
