Municipal Solicitor and Engineering Services RFP

Description: The Borough is seeking proposals for municipal solicitor and professional engineering services. The solicitor will provide legal advice and representation on municipal, land-use, employment, litigation, ordinance, and operational matters, while the engineer will advise the Borough and support infrastructure planning, plan review, design, construction inspection and administration, stormwater/MS4, and related engineering work. The solicitor appointment is planned for January 2027 through December 2029, and engineering services are sought for 2027–2029; both proposals are due November 6, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
