Work includes 3,570 SF construct 5" thick PC concrete; 1,140 LF construct bottom rail on existing chain link gate; 365 SF construct segmental retaining wall; 1,840 LF construct 12" x 1" flat drain lateral with fabric; 920 LF construct 12" perforated collector pipe with fittings and gravel fill pipe bedding; 1 EA. construct 15" storm sewer tap; 1 EA. construct 8" storm sewer tap; 5,050 SY subgrade preparation; 720 LF construct 12" x 10" reinforced PC concrete curb; 205 LF construct 8" storm sewer with pipe bedding.
