The State of Rhode Island seeks to establish an open-enrollment list of qualified vendors to provide motor vehicle auto body repairs (accident-related damage, collision repairs, and related services) for its state-owned vehicle fleet. The initial contract period is expected to begin about February 1, 2026 for three years with up to two 12-month renewals; proposals are due January 8, 2026. Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures, meet licensing and insurance requirements (liability $1M, workers compensation $100K, automobile liability $1M), and inclusion on the list does not guarantee work.
