MPA 214 Photographer Services
The State of Rhode Island is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional photographer services for various state needs, including event photography, promotional photography, media production, printing, advertising, art, and related tasks. Multiple awards may be made, with vendors selected for individual assignments based on expertise, rates, and availability, and services performed within Rhode Island. Initial proposals received by September 15 at 12:00 PM will be evaluated for award, while the solicitation remains open through December 29, 2028, and includes a minimum 15% MBE/WBE/VBE participation goal.
