Provide complete mowing in a timely fashion as needed, not permitting grass / vegetation to reach more than 8 inches in height; mowing shall be done in a neat fashion, which includes, but is not limited to: trimming along / or around structures, fence lines, and concrete pads, etc; grass and weeds shall be cut not to exceed more than three (3") inches in height.
