MoveChatham Phase II - Transportation Master Plan (Request for Proposals)

Description: The purpose of this project is to develop Phase II of the County Transportation Master Plan that builds upon the transportation needs, perceptions, and priorities identified through MoveChatham Phase I. The Transportation Master Plan will validate the community identified transportation needs, identify gaps between existing and future transportation conditions and community expectations, and establish a prioritized framework for future transportation projects, policies, and strategies throughout County. The Master Plan shall identify, evaluate, and prioritize multimodal transportation projects and strategies that improve safety, mobility, accessibility, connectivity, and sustainable growth while supporting projected population growth and development. The Master Plan shall include analysis that will be used to identify, evaluate, and prioritize multimodal transportation solutions that address existing and future deficiencies within the County's transportation network.
