Motorcoach Transportation for USCGA Corps of Cadets

Description: The U.S. Coast Guard Academy seeks charter motorcoach transportation for cadets and other authorized personnel from November 13–15, 2026, between the Academy in New London, the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, and Audi Field in Washington. The contractor must provide vehicles, qualified drivers, dispatch and contingency support, and associated operating resources, including capacity for up to 14 motorcoaches and 687 cadets for the Saturday morning movement to Audi Field. This total small-business set-aside requires safe interstate operations, adequate passenger and baggage capacity, and replacement vehicles and drivers when necessary.
