Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of the following: excavation, utilities, site construction, site furnishings, curb and gutter, paving, sidewalks, concrete foundations, veneer masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, countertops, casework, thermal and moisture protection, roofing and siding, windows, doors, hardware, thermal batt & spray insulation, sound insulation, tile, flooring, drywall, painting, staining, Division 10 specialties, appliances, window shades, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire-alarm and security systems, and exterior landscaping improvements.
